• Assist in the installation and migration of servers in the cloud and local infrastructure as well as managing them by updating and installing new OS/patches.
• Assist in managing records of all virtual machines and services (in-house and cloud) and provide support.
• Keep track of the latest technologies and major changes in conferencing, VOIP (user for client calls via SIP, zoom, uber conference, etc), and wireless technology.
• Assist in optimizing server and firewall for best performance.
• Assist employees with their hardware-related issues
• Manage inventory records for all devices in the office such as laptops, mobiles, servers, network devices, security devices, etc.
• Manage power backups and power requirements to keep all critical devices like routers, switches, APs, laptops, etc powered and maintain uninterrupted.
• Assist in keeping the backup of the network devices.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN BGP, and advanced firewall rules for load balancing.
• Assist in testing and implementing new technologies for the secure and smooth operation of all the servers and networks in the office.
