Account Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Busy, Tally, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity.
• Adherence to company guidelines and ethical standards in all financial practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage all accounting transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial operations and recommend improvements to processes.
• Ensure all financial practices comply with company guidelines and ethical standards.
• Maintain the confidentiality of financial information and company records.
• Work closely with other departments to support and optimize financial operations.
