    Requirements :-

    ● Good written and spoken English.

    ● ‘Self-starter’: be able to work with and reach out to clients independently.

    ● Enthusiastic about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude

    ● Able to understand and explain simple technology solutions.

    ● Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues as well as replicate

    and document for further escalation;

    ● Detail-oriented and organized, can work in a fast-paced environment

    ● Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google, Office Word,

    Excel, etc.)

    ● Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask without getting frazzled

    Experience:

    ● 1+ years in customer support or technical support. Freshers may apply.

    Languages:

    ● Excellent English: both written and spoken

    ● Other languages are a plus, but not a requirement

    Education and other:

    ● Graduates in BIM, BCA, BIT, or equivalent professional apprenticeship

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Answer all questions related to Zegal and escalate when necessary.

    ● Educate and empower our customers to become better Zegal users.

    ● Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could

    work better.

    ● Support pre-sales activities in the form of discovery outreaches, demonstrations,

    presentations, and customer questionnaire responses.

    ● Maintain and update records of prospect client’s status on the CRM platform.

    ● Drive product change and improvement to make Zegal the leading support platform.

    Content Development

    ● Automate legal documents using in-house technology and processes

    ● Identify the requirements on documents provided by clients and process them as per the

    requirement

    ● Test and confirm there are no mistakes in all areas like grammar, questionnaire form, etc.

    ● Assist in the creation and review of technical documentation, user guides, and

    knowledge base articles.

    ● Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
