Requirements :-
- Qualification: Qualified CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in audit and tax.
- Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) or Big 4 audit firms is a strong plus.
- Experience with multi-currency consolidation is desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in general ledger functions, accounting procedures, and month-end/year-end close.
- Experience using ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, etc.
- Familiarity with consolidation or group control software is an added advantage.
- Strong spreadsheet and email communication skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills; ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with finance teams across different countries.
- Initiative and drive for continuous improvement.
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility :-
- Prepare standalone statutory financial statements for group entities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local GAAP and statutory filing requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and local finance teams during the audit process.
- Reconcile statutory accounts with management accounts.
- Support the group audit process and deliver required information in a timely manner.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany balances.
- Contribute to the monthly financial close process and group-level reporting.
- Prepare local tax filings with assistance from external advisors.
- Maintain internal reports to monitor and meet tax deadlines.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in ad hoc projects within group finance (e.g., system improvements, process optimization).
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to streamlining finance operations.
