Job Responsibility :-
- Manage and support the call center team during shifts.
- Assign work schedules and ensure proper staffing.
- Monitor live calls and minimize wait times.
- Motivate and guide team members to meet targets.
- Conduct daily briefings on goals and updates.
- Track and analyze team performance.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper training for new hires and ongoing coaching.
- Maintain a disciplined and professional work environment.
