Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong and extensive knowledge of the Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigm.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, managing a team of at least 10 developers.
Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.0.
Experience working with large databases and database optimization is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to write and speak English fluently.
Knowledge of banking functionalities is an added advantage.
Candidates without the required experience should not apply.

Job Responsibility :-

Possess expert-level knowledge in .NET C#, Web Services, and SQL Server T-SQL, including large stored procedures, triggers, and complex joins.
Analyze existing systems and modify them based on new requirements.
Lead a development team consisting of at least 10 programmers.
Write optimized code using advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Conduct research and development (R&D) to explore new technologies, tricks, and tips, and share findings with the team.
Provide training and mentorship to junior programmers in .NET technologies.
Handle efficient debugging and deployment of applications.
